We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mechanical Engineering Graduate to join our team.

This role involves assisting in the assembly and fabrication of mechanical parts and systems, following technical drawings and instructions for precise builds, and supporting in troubleshooting mechanical issues during prototyping.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with eagerness to engage in hands-on tasks—fabrication, assembly, and testing.

They should also have a good understanding of mechanical components and how things fit together, as well as ability to follow instructions and stay detail-oriented during builds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the assembly and fabrication of mechanical parts and systems.
  • Follow technical drawings and instructions for precise builds.
  • Support in troubleshooting mechanical issues during prototyping.
  • Handle tools and workshop equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work with vendors for fabrication and component procurement.
  • Contribute to prototype development and quality checks.
  • Support in 3D CAD work and documentation where needed.
  • Procure local components necessary for mechanical assembly and prototyping.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to ensure accurate fabrication of designs.

Requirements:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Eagerness to engage in hands-on tasks—fabrication, assembly, and testing.
  • Understanding of mechanical components and how things fit together.
  • Ability to follow instructions and stay detail-oriented during builds.
  • Clear communication skills, especially when coordinating with vendors and team members.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with fabrication tools.
  • Exposure to workshop practices.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative in solving practical problems.
  • Familiarity with mechanical drawings and interpreting them during assembly.
