Encompass Administrator

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and customize the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure user roles, security, and access controls for the Encompass LOS.
  • Manage input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports.
  • Partner with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality.
System Maintenance & Upgrades
  • Maintain and test system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology.
  • Monitor performance, optimize workflows, and maintain detailed documentation of configurations.
Integration Management
  • Support and manage integrations with third-party systems (loan servicing, document management, core banking).
  • Ensure data integrity and security across platforms.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure Encompass aligns with banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security policies.
  • Support audits and system usage reviews.

Required skills and experience include at least 5 years of Encompass administrator experience, strong knowledge of Encompass workflows and configuration, and familiarity with compliance requirements. Certifications in Encompass administration are highly preferred.

As an experienced Encompass administrator, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects that will allow you to apply your technical expertise and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for managing and customizing the Encompass LOS, ensuring that it meets the needs of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Encompass workflows and configuration, as well as experience working with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
