Job Description

As a Vistex Rebat Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in configuring complex pricing, rebates, incentives, and chargebacks within SAP. Ensuring seamless integration with Sales and Distribution (SD), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Finance is crucial to the success of this position.

  • Configure Vistex modules for intricate rebate management, leveraging expertise in business processes.
  • Develop and implement best practices for managing rebate programs, agreements, contracts, and claims.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and leading workshops to gather requirements and define solutions.
  • Manage the entire testing cycle, including unit tests and defect management, and debug technical issues within the Vistex solution.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Vistex Proficiency: In-depth experience with Vistex configurations and processes is essential. Composite models for vendor and customer rebates require expertise.

SAP SD Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) configuration is necessary, along with an understanding of its integration with Vistex.

Business Understanding: A solid grasp of rebate, incentive, chargeback, and billback processes from a business perspective is critical.

Technical Skills: Ability to perform configuration, minor developments, or debugging, including understanding of SAP backend tables.
