We are seeking a highly skilled COMOS administrator to join our team in a solution architect role. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining project and task scopes, ensuring the smooth operation of the COMOS system, and managing user rights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • COMOS System Administration: Ensure the efficient operation of the COMOS system, including customization, performance monitoring, and recommending improvements.
  • Database Administration: Develop, maintain, and optimize databases according to project requirements, standardize engineering specifications in COMOS, manage user rights, and synchronize working layers.
  • Configuration Management: Define, create, and manage COMOS configurations, including base object configuration, structure databases, and workflows.
Handling of the Context Menu:
  • Create equipment objects and elements, tabs, and attributes catalog.
  • Handle attributes, create, manage, link, selection lists, queries, XML export templates.
  • Use the COMOS Object Debugger for scripting.
Qualifications:
  • Engineering Graduate (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation preferred).
  • Knowledge and experience working with COMOS, including customization.
  • Strong IT skills, sound knowledge of data base modeling and data mapping. Knowledge of VB.Net and C# programming preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience, trained on COMOS modules.
  • Knowledge of other systems such as ACAD, Micro Station, Autodesk products.
