About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality production output and yield while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement projects aimed at improving yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes.
  • Effectively handle engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds.
  • Possess strong mathematical, technical, and basic computer skills to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and enforce quality control measures to guarantee products meet desired standards and internal/external audit requirements.
  • Be adaptable and capable of handling multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
  • Understand cell manufacturing procedures and contribute to developing SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and effectively guide or lead team members.
  • Maintain safe work practices, comply with chemical/gas safety procedures, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
