Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

You will work closely with client service teams, settlement teams, and onshore support teams to ensure timely clearance and resolution of issues. This involves proactive communication with US Managers and other support teams.

Your role requires ensuring all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines. You will also assist in providing status updates on problem resolutions and outstanding issues to your colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
  • 4+ years of work experience in financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of quality and completion of own work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Candidates should be flexible to support the business during extended hours.
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel.
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
