About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to oversee our Quality Assurance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day activities, conducting quality audits, providing coaching and training, and serving as the point of contact for issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the QA processing team and ensure timely completion of tasks."
  • Conduct quality audits on inspection reports, images, RCT data, and sketches."
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to processors."
  • Serve as the point of contact for issue resolution and communication with field inspectors or cross-functional teams."
  • Monitor team performance metrics and report daily/weekly/monthly dashboards to management."
  • Identify trends in errors or workflow inefficiencies and suggest actionable improvements."
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on expectations, resolve queries, and ensure process consistency."
  • Assist in new hire onboarding, process documentation, and updates to training materials."
  • Ensure adherence to all organizational policies, cleanroom protocols, and quality control standards."
  • Support business continuity planning and maintain compliance with data privacy and security measures."

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in any discipline and experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in insurance, inspections, or property assessments.

"

Prior experience in a lead or reviewer role is strongly preferred, as well as familiarity with the US property insurance industry or inspection lifecycle.

"
