Business Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Professional to join our team at ZealCross Private Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong network of doctors in Delhi, identifying and leveraging opportunities to generate referrals, and driving revenue growth through targeted marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors and socially influential individuals
- Developing and executing marketing strategies to increase awareness and drive interest in our services
- Generating and converting leads into paying customers
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- MBA/any PG - Healthcare Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitals in Bangalore
- Open to a start-up environment and willing to take on new challenges
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
- Fluency in local language and English
