Teaching Position

We are seeking an educator who can help us redefine learning through innovation, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering progressive K-12 education through international benchmarked curricula.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective lesson plans adhering to international curriculum standards and demonstrate knowledge of content and pedagogy.
  • Design coherent instructions, utilize various teaching techniques, create educational supports, collaborate with staff, and conduct remedial sessions as required.
  • Transact student assessments, record and report on student development, progress, and behavior, and assign work, correct and mark it.
  • Create a welcoming classroom culture, integrate theme into teaching and learning, manage student behavior, and maintain discipline.
  • Attend professional development sessions, communicate with staff and parents, plan and execute extra-curricular activities, and drive student achievement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors or Masters of Education in the relevant subject area.
  • Experience: Teaching IGCSE or other international curricula can be beneficial.
  • Skills: Understanding of the IGCSE framework, assessment methods, and syllabi is essential.
  • Attributes: Strategic thinker, skilled collaborator, committed to fostering educational excellence, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and ability to inspire and motivate a diverse school community.
