Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Level Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The position is based in Chennai or Mumbai. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in gathering requirements and devising solutions to meet the business needs of our clients, focusing particularly on the BFSI vertical and conversational AI BOTs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze their objectives and requirements.
  • Facilitate and manage requirement gathering sessions to define and prioritize business needs.
  • Develop detailed documentation that outlines business processes, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business specifications and requirements.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with stakeholders.
  • Identify and assess the impact of business changes and propose modifications to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure continuous process improvement by evaluating new technologies and methodologies.
  • Support the implementation and execution of business solutions and track their success post-implementation.
