Position: Solution Consultant - Technical / Pre-Sales Consultant.
Experience: 1-5 yrs.

Job Overview:
- As a Solution Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving customer success by bridging the gap between business needs and technology.
- You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver compelling demonstrations, solution recommendations, and technical expertise to clients in data-driven industries such as finance and IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand business challenges and technical requirements.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis and map our solutions to customer pain points.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations, highlighting business impact and ROI.
- Assist in crafting proposals, solution documents, and proof-of-concept (PoC) implementations.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product architecture, integrations, and data management capabilities.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions based on client needs.
- Provide technical consultation and address client concerns throughout the sales cycle.
- Work with marketing to develop sales collateral, case studies, and presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT, finance, and business decision-makers.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA (Finance & Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 1 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or a similar role.
- Experience in data management, IT services, or SaaS-based solutions is preferred.
- Exposure to the financial domain is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of data solutions, enterprise SaaS platforms, and integration methodologies.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset.
