**Role**:Digital Marketing Specialist - Software Products

Position Summary:
**Mandatory Skills**: Market Research | Content Creation | Social Media Marketing | SEO & SEM | Digital Marketing (IT Services)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Execution**: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote OptiSol’s GenAI-powered IT services and solutions, targeting specific industries like manufacturing, healthcare, and technology.
- **SEO & SEM Management**: Optimize website performance through SEO strategies and manage paid search campaigns to improve visibility and drive qualified leads.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush to derive actionable insights.
- **Lead Generation**: Support ABM (Account-Based Marketing) efforts by identifying opportunities to generate high-quality inbound leads, targeting personas such as CTOs, CEOs, and COOs.
- **Social Media Marketing**: Oversee OptiSol’s social media presence, creating and scheduling posts to engage the audience and build brand awareness.
- **Market Research**: Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on digital marketing trends to refine strategies and maintain OptiSol’s competitive edge.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to create cohesive campaigns that highlight OptiSol’s GenAI capabilities and IT services.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: MBA with a focus on Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in executing digital marketing strategies, preferably in IT services or technology domains.
- **Digital Marketing Tools**: Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media management platforms.
- A**nalytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret data, and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- **Content & SEO Expertise**: Experience in creating engaging content, optimizing it for SEO, and managing targeted campaigns for lead generation.
- **Communication & Collaboration**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and align marketing initiatives with business goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
