As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical architectures using cloud-native platforms like Azure or AWS.

You'll lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists, and ML specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Your expertise in GenAI technologies, Machine Learning pipelines, and cloud-native architecture will be instrumental in driving adoption of Databricks, PySpark, and Java-based frameworks within solution development.

The Role Requires:
  • 13+ years of overall IT experience with a strong background in Telecom domain (preferred).
  • Proven hands-on experience with GenAI technologies and Machine Learning pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and deploying GenAI use cases on Azure or AWS.
  • Strong expertise in Databricks, PySpark, and Java.
  • In-depth understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices, and data pipelines.
  • Solid people management experience: team building, mentoring, performance reviews.
