Generative AI Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Architect to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge GenAI solutions.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have strong expertise in designing and implementing AI-powered solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and AI search frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement complex AI architectures to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Develop and manage data ingestion pipelines using Azure Blob Storage and related services.
  • Build and orchestrate Agentic AI systems with triggered mechanisms for automation.
  • Mitigate hallucination risks and optimize model performance through best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into actionable AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Proven expertise in Generative AI architectures, including RAG, AI search, and Agentic AI.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI ecosystem, including Blob Storage, Cognitive Search, and OpenAI/Azure OpenAI.
  • Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks, such as LangChain and Semantic Kernel.
  • Ability to design solutions addressing real-world AI challenges like hallucination mitigation.
  • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and Python programming fundamentals.
  • Over 4 years of experience in a related field.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in cloud-native development on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with microservices and API integration for AI solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a balance of theoretical and practical knowledge.
