Senior Automotive Software Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Software Development Engineer to join our core R D team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing cutting-edge automotive software projects.
- You will work with passionate global teams to tackle real-world automotive challenges and next-generation electric mobility issues.
- Your primary focus will be on getting to the heart of customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment.
- You will develop proposals by owning parts of the proposal document and providing inputs in solution design based on your areas of expertise.
- You will plan activities, configure products as per design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design.
- You will conduct solution product demonstrations, POCs, workshops, and prepare effort estimates that suit customer budgetary requirements and organizational financial guidelines.
As an Automotive Software Development Engineer, you will actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with the objective of providing high-quality value-adding solutions to customers.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of SDLC and ALM phases, hands-on experience with Polarion ALM as a developer and configurator, familiarity with embedded systems, automotive protocols, and test automation tools, and experience in scripting languages and Polarion APIs.
