Automotive Audio Systems Specialist

This is a challenging role where you will be responsible for driving the hardware architecture and component selection for next-generation automotive audio systems.

The ideal candidate will possess specialized knowledge in selecting and recommending semiconductor solutions, designing circuits and PCBs, and developing electronic components and systems that power car audio systems.

The selected components must meet performance, reliability, and cost requirements. Technical expertise is required in recommending electronic audio components, including amplifiers, microphone interfaces, audio ADCs, and digital audio interfaces. Familiarity with automotive safety and quality standards, such as ISO 26262 and AEC-Q100, is also necessary.

Experience with acoustic measurement instruments, audio data acquisition, and analysis systems is essential. Additionally, the ability to collaborate with global teams across different regions and time zones is crucial.

  • Develop electronic components and systems for car audio systems
  • Select and recommend semiconductor solutions for automotive applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure component selection meets performance, reliability, and cost requirements
Basic Qualifications:
  • B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Electrical/Electronics, Telecommunication, or equivalent Engineering
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive embedded electronics designs or hardware/system architectural roles
  • Knowledge of In-vehicle infotainment systems, Audio systems, and ECU design, development, and testing
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in automotive areas (OEM, TIER1, TIER2)
  • Understanding and knowledge of Board software/Bring up software, Audio DSP, and MCUs
