A Vehicle Servicing Role

We are seeking an individual to provide exceptional service to our customers in a vehicle servicing role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers, listen to their concerns, and provide accurate information about service procedures, costs, and delivery timelines.
  • Service Monitoring: Monitor service job progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Vehicle Inspection and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify repair needs, use diagnostic tools to diagnose issues, and prepare detailed repair orders and estimates.
  • Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with technicians, parts department, and other team members. Keep customers informed about their vehicle status and required services. Coordinate with the billing department for accurate invoicing and payment processing.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality service work is performed. Inspect completed work for customer satisfaction. Address any quality issues promptly.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, turnaround time, and revenue. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on service performance and customer feedback.
