We are seeking a talented Vehicle Maintenance Manager to lead our efforts in reducing fault rates and improving repair efficiency.
About the Role:As a Vehicle Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for conducting root cause analyses, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and optimizing parts lifecycle control to minimize wastage and improve cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth root cause analysis on critical and recurring failures to extend vehicle life and improve component reliability.
  • Predict and proactively manage parts failure trends through historical data and on-ground inputs.
  • Optimize the parts lifecycle control to minimize wastage and improve cost efficiency.
  • Analyze fault trends and work with city teams to reduce repair frequency per vehicle.
  • Identify bottlenecks and improve repair SOPs and workflows to reduce fault-to-fix time.
  • Lead changes and enhancements in the Yuzen Repair Module (Yulu's ops app) to make diagnosis and repair tracking faster and more reliable.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years in R&M, product ops, or reliability engineering roles. EV experience is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in data-driven RCA, maintenance engineering, or quality improvement roles.
  • Ability to understand mechanical/electrical subsystems in vehicles and drive reliability programs.
  • Experience in working with tech/product teams to build ops-focused tools or process automation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, or dashboarding platforms.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to drive alignment across product, city ops, and hardware teams.
