Application Support Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this Application Support Engineer position.

This role involves identifying and solving complex issues within multiple components of critical business systems. As an Application Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering top-notch support to our clients.

  • Strong technical skills and experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) are required for success in this position.
  • A deep understanding of infrastructure architecture across networks, storage, compute, and hosting is essential.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, REST API integrations, JSON, Python, and prompt engineering skills is highly valued.
  • DevOps certified cloud professionals with a conceptual understanding of SLO, SLI, toils, error budget, and chaos engineering are preferred.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in IaC.
  • Agile delivery principles, sprint models, and scrum boards on JIRA or similar tools.
  • IaC tools like Ansible, Terraform, and cloud-certified professional qualifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, or VMWare private cloud.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for effective client relationships.
  • Ability to design, architect, and implement automation approaches using the best-fit tools for optimized solutions.
