About This Role

This position is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in Business Central consulting, who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at solving complex business challenges with technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your expertise to guide clients through discovery, design, implementation, and post-go-live support, serving as a trusted advisor.

Client Engagement & Solution Design

  • Lead client meetings to understand business processes, pain points, and objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into tailored Business Central solutions.
  • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution architecture.

Implementation & Delivery

  • Manage full-cycle Business Central implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and support.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client goals.
  • Provide post-implementation consulting and optimization services.

Pre-Sales & Advisory

  • Support pre-sales efforts by participating in demos, scoping sessions, and proposal development.
  • Advise clients on best practices, industry trends, and Business Central capabilities.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with developers, project managers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide expert guidance on Business Central functionality.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV), including full-cycle implementations.
  • Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Business Central modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
