Job Title: Enterprise Solutions Consultant

The role of an Enterprise Solutions Consultant is to lead and execute the implementation of enterprise resource planning systems, focusing on finance and cross-functional modules. With a strong understanding of system configuration, data structures, and integration points, this professional will be responsible for designing and implementing processes that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement processes for company separation, including inactivation of accounts, closure of company codes, and data extraction strategies.
  • Configure and support finance module expertise, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and multi-currency setups.
  • Lead historical data extraction and handover to acquiring entities, ensuring seamless integration with systems like SAP, Hyperion, and EBS.
  • Implement security and compliance measures using tools like All Out, generating and reviewing sensitive access and firefighting ID reports.
  • Prepare as-is/to-be process documents, runbooks, and training materials, conducting user training and creating self-help documentation to reduce support tickets.

Requirements:

  • 12–15 years of experience in enterprise resource planning systems with a focus on finance and cross-functional modules.
  • Proven experience in at least one company separation, merger, or acquisition project.
  • Strong understanding of system configuration, data structures, and integration points.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks, such as SOX, audit readiness.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support sales order management, purchase order processing, inventory management, advanced pricing and preferences.
  • Lead data migration efforts for customer/supplier records and transactional history, ensuring seamless integration with finance modules and third-party systems.
  • Implement SOX-compliant controls and audit readiness, supporting EDI inbound/outbound processes for different interfaces.
