ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant

Leverage your technical expertise to propel the digital transformation of Operational Technology within a global enterprise. As a seasoned ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant, you will drive the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM configuration, ensuring seamless alignment with CMDB data and efficient automated data population.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Midserver configuration and hands-on experience with implementing CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC) is essential for this role.
  • A deep understanding of Networking concepts, DMZ zone, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environment, and Industrial control system architecture is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have moderate understanding on Database level architecture and ability to script automated processes using Business rules, Script actions, etc.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations and Power/Shell scripting is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop ServiceNow ITOM configuration, including CMDB Data alignment & automated data population, data import, etc.
  2. Configure and enhance capability on the ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM modular platform.
  3. Document every development, configuration, and technical details & prepare training material for project.
  4. Implementing the CSDM framework for Operational Technology an end-to-end data alignment process document including CMDB & CSDM process and procedures.
  5. Help in identifying issues, gathering data, analyzing, and presenting solutions.
