We are seeking a dedicated and efficient office professional to manage our daily operations and ensure seamless coordination across all departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Management: Oversee day-to-day office activities to maintain efficiency, manage office supplies inventory, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Department Coordination: Monitor departmental performance and deliverables, facilitate communication between departments, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Communication and Follow-ups: Manage official correspondences, internal memos, and emails on behalf of the managing director when required, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure closure within set deadlines.
  • Executive Support: Handle phone calls and official inquiries on behalf of the managing director, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure uninterrupted office operations in the managing director's absence, take key decisions as authorized to maintain continuity and resolve urgent issues.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and support administrative staff, conduct briefings or training as required to align staff with operational goals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in MS Office, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
