Job Profile:

  • Follow-up with customers to collect all dues in a timely manner
  • Liaise with hotel teams to resolve customer issues and disputes related to invoices
  • Ensure accurate collection of dues from customers in line with targets
  • Coordinate with hotels and customers to reconcile customer accounts and obtain balance confirmations annually
  • Regularly review outstanding ledger and monitor incoming payments
  • Compile group billing accurately and efficiently
  • Minimize AR outstanding balance by focusing on timely and correct accounting
  • Ensure timely and correct patching and clearing of receipts

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent command over spoken and written English for effective communication
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the accounts receivables department of a hotel
