Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough test sessions based on the Quality Assurance Plan, leveraging exceptional technical expertise
  2. Analyze EMV test data and results, providing insightful feedback to drive improvement
  3. Produce comprehensive test reports and strive for minimal issues during reviews
  4. Understand customer needs and specificities within the testing scope
  5. Develop technical documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base
  6. Offer technical consulting and debugging services to customers
  7. Provide technical support internally to colleagues
  8. Ensure delivery of high-quality service at all times and adhere to the quality process
  9. Expand your skillset and maintain acquired skills while suggesting improvements
  10. Collect and disseminate customer feedback to enhance our services
  11. Act as the technical point of contact for customers and participate in internal training sessions
  12. Participate in sharing technical knowledge with colleagues
  13. Qualify test tools and coordinate with vendors

Additional Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review and authorize test reports
  2. Prepare and deliver internal technical training sessions
  3. Provide extensive technical support and analysis to internal teams, customers, and authorities
  4. Engage actively in implementing new services and projects for service improvement
  5. Participate in audit preparations and actual audits
  6. Engage in technical discussions with authorities such as MasterCard, Discover, RuPay, and others
  7. Achieve autonomy in task planning

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the payment industry
  • Good English language proficiency (oral and written)
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills within an international and multi-cultural environment
  • High degree of accuracy and thoroughness in work
  • Customer-oriented mindset

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Solid knowledge on EMV
  • Experience in coordinating with Payment schemes
  • Familiarity with Quality System and procedures
  • Understanding of ISO 17025, 8583, 7816 standard
