Our company seeks a Payments Expert to join our team. This is a key role in shaping the future of payments.

The Payments Expert will collaborate with our Practice Head to develop new payment themes and transform them into actionable propositions. The expert will work closely with our existing account teams (payments domain teams) to capture leads related to new initiatives, pain points, and visible inefficiencies that can be pitched as propositions.

This role involves working together to ideate on new payment themes, converting them into propositions, and creating solid ones in a time-bound manner when relevant. The expert will also connect with existing account teams to capture leads and pitch propositions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with our Practice Head to develop new payment themes and transforming them into actionable propositions.
  • Working with our existing account teams to capture leads related to new initiatives, pain points, and visible inefficiencies.
  • Creating solid propositions in a time-bound manner when relevant.
  • Keeping track of OB, revenue numbers per account and across accounts, and identifying gaps/drops and following up with the accounts.
  • Having hands-on experience on at least one vendor platform - GPP, OPF, UP, EPS, Pep+, VolPay, IPF.
  • Being well-versed in real-time payments, domestic ACH, domestic Wires, cross-border wires.
  • Having solid knowledge on ISO 20022.
