Job Title: SWIFT Payment SpecialistJob Summary:We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with strong domain knowledge in Payments and SWIFT Messaging to join our Finergy Payments team.You will design and document payment solutions, leverage your expertise in payments and messaging to drive business growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and develop tailored solutions using your deep understanding of payments and SWIFT messaging.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that payment solutions meet the needs of the business and adhere to industry standards.
  • Document payment processes and procedures to maintain accurate records and facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Finance.
  • 5+ years of experience in payments and SWIFT messaging, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
