We are seeking an experienced Content Modeling Specialist to reinforce the delivery of a multilingual portal. The specialist will be responsible for managing content modeling, workflows, governance, and migration activities ensuring high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain taxonomy design for a multilingual portal.
  • Configure site templates, workflows, roles-based access control, publishing approvals, and service-level agreements.
  • Develop Experience Edge schemas/contracts in partnership with Next.js/React teams.
  • Migrate content from CH1/XM → XM Cloud including mapping, redirects, validation, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 AA, search engine optimization metadata, Open Graph, and schema.org standards.
  • Set up preview/localization workflows, language fallback, and improve authoring user experience.
  • Establish governance frameworks: contribution guidelines, checklists, and quality assurance playbooks.
  • Track content key performance indicators and analytics; optimize search quality (facets, synonyms, zero-results).

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience with Sitecore XM/XM Cloud.
  • Proven expertise in headless content modeling, workflows, and roles-based access control.
  • Hands-on experience with GraphQL and Experience Edge.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Sitecore Search and Sitecore Personalize/CDP.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
