About the Role

As a skilled Korean Language Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the global understanding of language and culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and creative adaptability in Korean. They will craft high-quality written content, evaluate human- and AI-generated text, and contribute to projects that advance AI's comprehension of language and culture.

  • Develop accurate, engaging, and contextually appropriate written responses in Korean for a variety of prompts.
  • Evaluate and review both human- and AI-generated content for accuracy, tone, clarity, safety, and cultural alignment.
  • Provide detailed linguistic assessments, focusing on style, nuance, bias, clarity, and intent.
  • Conduct peer reviews of linguistic contributions to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Design creative content such as prompts, role-play scenarios, games, and thought experiments to test and challenge AI capabilities.
  • Explore cultural aspects of Korean language use, including idioms, humor, irony, and traditions.

This position requires native or near-native proficiency in Korean, excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation, as well as strong English-language communication skills.

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated expertise in Korean writing, editing, or content creation with command over tone, style, and genre, as well as in-depth knowledge of Korean culture, idioms, humor, and societal nuances.
