We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Associate - HR to join our team, responsible for managing the pre-screening process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective pre-screening strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR functions, IT, and Occupational Health, to ensure a high-quality new hire experience.
  • Partner with vendors and client clinics to manage pre-screening requirements, ensuring process effectiveness and compliance.
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gathering and analyzing information skillfully.
  • Balance compliance with candidate experience, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all.
  • Interact cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including other HR functions, IT, and various departments.
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of overall experience with 2+ years in US HR Operations support model.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Intermediate competency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Good to have prior experience of using Workday.
  • Experience of leading a small team will be an added advantage.
