Network Infrastructure Specialist

The role involves maintaining and optimizing clients' network environments, resolving complex network issues, and providing advanced customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of network infrastructure, including Azure Networking services, and extensive experience in managing and troubleshooting network issues.
Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining detailed records of client interactions, network issues, and resolutions in our ticketing system, identifying potential network issues, and recommending improvements to clients' network environments.
Other duties include leading and participating in network projects, utilizing advanced network troubleshooting skills, and collaborating with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
A degree in IT or related fields, or equivalent experience is required. Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting network systems, as well as knowledge of advanced network concepts, server operating systems, virtualization technologies, and cloud platforms are essential.
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users are necessary. Leadership capabilities, including the ability to lead and mentor junior team members, are also important.
