About This Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our regional access initiatives. As Regional Access Lead, you will be responsible for forging strategic partnerships with government institutions and health administrations to drive the adoption of innovative therapies.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the complex landscape of healthcare and the ability to navigate it effectively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop bespoke solutions that facilitate optimized access to our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Journey Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of patient journeys to identify barriers to access and develop targeted solutions to overcome them.
  • Innovative Channels and Opportunities: Identify and leverage novel channels and opportunities to increase access to our medicines among reimbursed beneficiaries.
  • Strategic Access Planning: Develop and implement strategic access plans to ensure seamless access to innovative therapies aligned with our current and future product portfolios.
  • Health System Solutions: Create and deliver innovative health system solutions and strategies to drive disease and therapy area prioritization.
  • Alternate Funding Sources: Identify and unlock alternate funding sources to enable broader beneficiary access to our medicines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including state government officials, policymakers, health administrators, healthcare providers, and patient organizations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Relevant Science Degree: Hold a relevant science degree, such as MBBS/BDS/B.Pharm/B.Sc or equivalent from a premier institute.
  • Experience in Public Health or Market Access: Possess minimum 8 years of experience, with 5 years in public health, development sector, market access, or strategy roles.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Speak local vernacular language relevant to the geographic region.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrate ability to drive matrix collaboration and lead cross-functional teams.
