Job Title: Regional Access Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our access initiatives in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare systems and policies, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with government institutions and health administrations to develop and implement access strategies for innovative therapies;
  • Evaluating patient journeys to identify barriers to access and developing solutions to improve outcomes;
  • Identifying opportunities for increased access to Novartis medicines through innovative channels and partnerships;
  • Developing strategic plans to enable access to innovative therapies aligned with current and future product portfolios.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant science degree (MBBS /BDS/B.Pharm/B.Sc) and Master's in Business Administration/ Public policy / Communications or equivalent;
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in public health, development sector, market access or strategy roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior role;
  • Linguistic proficiency in local vernacular language relevant to the geographic region.
