Executive Liaison to the CEO

At Super Scholar, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our CEO.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule, coordinating appointments and meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and various departments, ensuring seamless operations and efficient decision-making.
- Prepare and organize materials for the CEO's meetings, presentations, and appointments.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for the CEO.
- Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
- Support the CEO in preparing and executing special projects and events.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address issues as they arise.
- Manage administrative tasks to ensure the CEO's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, clients, and external parties on behalf of the CEO.
- Support the CEO in maintaining a productive and organized work environment.
- Act as a gatekeeper, screening and managing incoming requests and inquiries.
- Collaborate with other executive assistants and administrative staff to support company-wide initiatives.
- Assist in drafting and editing correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in calendar management and travel coordination.
- Professionalism and the ability to represent the CEO effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of the CEO.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
