Education Sector Career Coach

As a career coach in the education sector, you will have a significant impact on students' professional development. Your primary responsibilities include conducting informative sessions to promote our educational programs and job opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students' skills, interests, and aptitudes to assist them in selecting the right career path in the education industry.
- Help students identify their strengths and weaknesses, and develop a plan to enhance their skills and achieve their career objectives.
- Provide ongoing support to students throughout their training programs, including academic guidance, career advice, and personal coaching.
- Maintain strong relationships with students, alumni, and industry professionals to enable informed decision-making about their careers.
- Collaborate with other team members to design marketing and outreach strategies to attract and retain students.
- Attend industry events and career fairs to promote our educational programs and job openings.
- Keep accurate records of student progress and provide regular reports to management as required.
