Career Guidance Expert

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to serve as Career Guidance Experts. This role is ideal for those eager to build a career in the education sector. The expert will be responsible for guiding students about courses, assisting with admissions, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with students and parents to understand their education & career goals.
  • Counsel students about available courses, programs, and career opportunities.
  • Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads.
  • Maintain records of student interactions and follow-ups.
  • Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to the growth of the center.
  • Build strong relationships with students and provide continuous support during the admission process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle queries confidently and convert them into admissions.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).
