Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Counselling & Guidance:
- Provide expert advice to students on course selection, career options, and educational pathways.
- Help students understand the various educational programs and their benefits in relation to their career goals.
- Conduct one-on-one or group counselling sessions to understand student aspirations, interests, and goals.
- Admission Assistance:
- Assist students with the application process for various institutions or programs, ensuring they meet all deadlines and requirements.
- Guide students through the documentation and application procedures for scholarships, exams, and university admissions.
- Maintain relationships with educational institutions to stay updated on course offerings, deadlines, and admission criteria.
- Career Counseling:
- Help students identify their strengths, interests, and career aspirations, and suggest suitable career paths or courses.
- Provide information about job prospects and potential salary expectations based on chosen career options.
- Recommend skill-building programs or certifications to enhance employability in chosen fields.
- Follow-up & Support:
- Follow up with students after admission to ensure a smooth transition into their educational programs.
- Address any concerns students or parents may have regarding their educational journey and provide ongoing support.
- Market Research & Outreach:
- Stay updated with the latest trends in education, including new courses, programs, and universities.
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, or workshops to promote educational programs and attract new students.
- Build strong relationships with educational institutions, recruiters, and other stakeholders to offer students the best options.
