Operational Risk Management Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong operational risk management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying and mitigating operational risks, as well as developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects across a range of operational risk management areas, including internal control assessments, policy development, third party risk management, incident management, loss data analysis, and business continuity planning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks
- Leading and managing projects to identify and address operational risks
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Conducting risk assessments and developing recommendations for risk mitigation
- Providing regular updates on project progress and results
Required qualifications and skills include:
- Strong knowledge of operational risk management principles and practices
- Experience in risk assessment and mitigation
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
