Project Management Associate

This is a dynamic role for an experienced project manager to play a key part in our Business Application client delivery and growth strategy.

  • Deliver high-quality project management services, working closely with project teams to drive business success.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, managing timelines, resources, and budgets to achieve project objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a project manager or delivery consultant, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience as a project manager or delivery consultant.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
  • Participate actively in the full lifecycle of client engagements methodology, focusing on project management and quality assurance.
  • Work directly with client delivery project teams to optimize quality assurance processes.
  • Design, build, and create engagement tools and templates.
  • Draft and review best practice documents related to project management, methodology, and quality assurance.
  • Share subject matter expertise during sales, discovery, implementation, and post go-live phases.
  • Train client delivery consultants in the use of tools and templates.
  • Manage and execute project tasks.
  • Support and prepare executive reports and data insights.
