Job Title: Infrastructure and Technical Operations Expert

As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, hardware, tools, and services.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of design, engineering, and AI, developing systems that are shaped by real business needs and tested in the real world.

  • Monitor system health and performance across development and production environments
  • Troubleshoot issues (local and remote) across OS, software, network, and cloud systems
Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure machines, access controls, and user permissions for new and existing team members
  • Support secure practices such as system hardening, OS patching, and routine compliance audits
Infrastructure, Security & Automation
  • Implement automation scripts to streamline infrastructure management tasks
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to resolve recurring issues
Hardware, Tools & Vendor Management
  • Source hardware and software components as required
  • Manage relationships with vendors for equipment purchases, service warranties, and support escalations
Team Enablement & Documentation
  • Maintain internal documentation, runbooks, and asset registers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Engineering to ensure smooth operational workflows
