We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead and manage key intellectual property matters. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in both domestic and international laws, a client-centric approach, and the ability to guide a team of legal associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end IP matters including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and designs.
  • Advise clients on IP strategy, protection, enforcement, and commercialization.
  • Draft, review, and file IP applications (national & international), oppositions, assignments, and licensing agreements.
  • Represent clients in IP litigation and enforcement actions.
  • Conduct IP due diligence, freedom to operate (FTO), and infringement analysis.
  • Liaise with external counsels and authorities for cross-border IP matters.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring knowledge development and quality delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law (LL.B / LL.M). Registered Patent Agent is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in IP law.
  • Strong legal drafting, analytical, and research skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling abilities.
