Overview: We are seeking a skilled professional to manage, implement, and optimize customer intelligence solutions using the SAS CI 360 platform.

About the Role:

  • Solution Design & Implementation: Develop and configure marketing campaigns and customer journeys using SAS CI 360. Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Campaign Execution & Management: Build, execute, and monitor multi-channel campaigns (email, web, mobile, social). Ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze customer data to generate actionable insights and recommend improvements. Evaluate campaign performance and ROI using SAS CI 360 analytics capabilities.
  • Tech Support & Integration: Integrate SAS CI 360 with other enterprise systems such as CRM, data warehouses, and external platforms. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to ensure smooth execution of customer intelligence strategies. Provide training, knowledge transfer, and documentation to end-users and internal teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or related field. 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SAS CI 360 implementation and support. Strong expertise in campaign design, execution, and optimization.

Key Skills: A strong understanding of SAS CI 360, customer intelligence, marketing automation, campaign management, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration is essential for this role.
