Finance Transformation Specialist

About the Role:

We're seeking a Chartered Accountant with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience, ideally with Big4 or top-tier accounting background, to join our Accounting AI Transformation team. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of client delivery, domain expertise, and product innovation.

As an expert in revenue recognition, reconciliations, and financial close, you'll lead delivery, specialize in revenue and close, scope client work, design scalable processes, collaborate with product, ensure quality and compliance, and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA with 3–5 years PQE, ideally Big4 (audit/advisory) or industry accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (US GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience in revenue recognition, reconciliations, and financial close.
  • Experience supervising teams and reviewing deliverables.
  • Familiar with ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and excited to explore AI in finance transformation.
