We are seeking a Chartered Accountant to help build the future of AI in finance. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and general ledger concepts.
Maximor is building an AI-powered finance team for scaling companies, eliminating repetitive workflows and focusing on strategic decisions instead. Our team of seasoned finance leaders is reimagining the financial back office, turning a $1 Trillion problem into a product that feels like magic.
The Implementation & AI Transformation Team works at the intersection of accounting and automation. As a bridge between customer accounting workflows and Maximor's AI platform, you will:
- Map financial processes to our product modules
- Identify accounting edge cases and collaborate with engineers to refine AI behavior
- Document uncommon scenarios and contribute to internal training datasets
- Work directly with customers to resolve issues and deliver value
The ideal candidate will be a curious and ambitious individual with strong communication skills and comfort working across teams. Exposure to ERP/accounting tools is a plus.
You will gain exposure to global finance teams, collaborate with world-class engineers, and gain hands-on experience across implementation, QA, support, and customer success. Opportunity to grow into leadership roles in product, solutions, or customer-facing teams as we scale.
Main Responsibilities:
- Financial Process Mapping: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map financial processes to our AI-powered finance platform.
- Audit and Compliance: Identify areas of risk and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- AI Behavior Refinement: Work closely with engineers to refine AI behavior and improve model accuracy.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing their needs and delivering value.
