The Role of a Contract Workforce Manager

We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee the management of our contract workforce program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of contractors into our operations, from initial request intake through to offboarding.

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for someone who excels in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders. As a Contract Workforce Manager, you will be working closely with various teams to identify and meet their talent needs, while also maintaining compliance with our policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of the full contractor lifecycle, including sourcing, compliance, performance tracking, issue resolution, and offboarding.
  • Development and maintenance of relationships with approved staffing vendors to ensure compliance with our program and contractual requirements.
  • Collaboration with engagement managers to forecast labor needs, provide market insights, and support fulfillment strategies aligned with business goals.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience supporting an internal Contingent Workforce Program or Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Strong understanding of the full contractor lifecycle, including sourcing, compliance, performance tracking, issue resolution, and offboarding.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to drive program and policy compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with VMS platforms, including reporting and continuous process improvement.
