Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to acquire new client relationships and maintain existing ones.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will identify target areas for prospective business, pre-screen customer segments, and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new client relationships and maintain existing ones to achieve business targets.
  • Identify target areas for prospective business and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Pre-screen customer segments as per organizational norms and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Develop strong distribution channels and execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in our brand.
  • Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and establish a strong brand identification with potential customers.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
