Job Title: Technical Infrastructure Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to lead our IT infrastructure team.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and management of our enterprise applications. Your expertise in SQL and support for Java or DotNet based applications will be invaluable in achieving this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage different teams and ensure the efficient operation of IT services.
  • Develop and implement best practices for IT service desk tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain and improve existing monitoring and analytics tools to enhance the overall performance of our enterprise applications.

Requirements:

  • 18-22 years of experience in the relevant field with at least 5 years of experience in managing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and support for Java or DotNet based applications.
  • ITIL certification and proven troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with enterprise applications monitoring and analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or any other related field.
