  • Mentor and manage a small team across infra + app layers.
  • Prioritize security, scalability, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of backend engineering experience.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript / Node.js and API design.
  • Prior exposure to fintech or payments (strongly preferred).
  • Track record of integrating external APIs across geographies.
  • Leadership experience in scaling early-stage, ambiguous systems.
  • Startup DNA: takes ownership, ships fast, thrives amid ambiguity.
