Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and sustain credibility with senior executives, leveraging strong executive bonding capabilities.
  • Understand and effectively leverage political forces within organizations to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Drive value creation by identifying, tracking, and measuring customer business value, generating demand for products and services.
  • Maximize competitive advantage by differentiating solutions from competitors' offerings, ensuring effective and ethical positioning.
  • Efficiently manage internal and external resources to ensure sales and business success, demonstrating strong resource optimization.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of IT Infrastructure Management Services and stay abreast of emerging trends in IT services.
  • Understand the CMS Services space and leverage regional connections with accounts and their CIOs.
  • Analyze the impact of SMAC (Social, Mobile, Analytics, Cloud) on client engagement and service delivery models.
  • Articulate differentiated positions of established Tier I and Tier II IT System Integrators.

  • Ability to think creatively and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of competitive differentiation strategies.
  • Analytical skills to understand reasons for underpayment, days in A/R, and top denial reasons.
