Job Description

This role is responsible for identifying, testing and scaling strategic projects that unlock new growth or operational efficiency. As a hands-on professional, you will help drive business results through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end execution of pilot projects including scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution, measurement, and handoff.
  • Analyse performance data and user feedback to make recommendations on initiative scalability.
  • Develop internal documentation and frameworks to capture learnings across the organisation.
  • Contribute to strategic planning processes and initiative pipelines based on emerging market needs.
  • Act as a thought partner to leadership by providing structured problem-solving and input.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in strategy, product operations, consulting, growth, or project management roles. Strong analytical and thinking skills are required, along with comfort with Excel and basic SQL. Proven ability to lead projects independently and work in unstructured environments is essential.
